Business Partners and Clients please read: We are very excited to announce that this September 2020, Masonwood Development will be merging with Idea Homes and rebranding to reflect our evolution as a cohesive entity that provides both residential land development and home building services. This merger is the culmination of the long-term business relationship between land developer, Jim Meredith, and home builder, Jim Gressett. Idea Homes LLC will change its legal name to Masonwood Homes. Both Masonwood Homes and Masonwood Development will be marketed under the umbrella brand, Masonwood.
