1. Build The Home That’s All You
Idea Homes communities are located in new, up-and-coming neighborhoods that offer you the incredible opportunity to build your next home. When you work with Idea Homes, you not only get one of the most well-constructed, modern luxury homes on the market, you get a dedicated builder who is there when you need him.
Pre-Construction
The ultimate in flexibility, you get to choose your lot, home style and elevation, then make your product selections and any upgrades you’d like to include. Your builder will meet with you before construction begins to review any changes and your selections, then walk you through how your home will be built.
During Construction
After framing and before the sheetrock goes in, you’ll meet with your builder onsite to review the progress and walk through your home. You’ll get to see the care and quality that goes into everything we do. This is an exciting phase as you see your home coming together right before your eyes.
Post-Construction
Congratulations! You’re home is finished and you’re ready for your final orientation before you move in. Your builder will spend time explaining how everything works, home maintenance recommendations, and your home warranty details. Your home comes with a 10-year home warranty.
